An update: Joshua has gotten to achieve a much needed first this month.. His very first hair cut. The Lovely Narci, who cuts my hair, took the challenge on of cutting Joshua's. I wanted her to be the one that was able to do such a special job!

Joshua was alright the first 5 minutes, then quickly after that he wondered what in the world was going on, and the only thing that could keep him chilled was Narci's comb!
He was such a trooper, and Narci dolled him all up for his female admirers, with a little bit of gel, and TA-DA, Joshua took on the persona of a big boy, and well, broke my heart! :*)**
Yes, didn't he just grow up instantly. Thank you Narci- I think you have a new secret admirer (joshua) haha! :)
Also, Joshua has become quite the roller. He was rolling before, but he's so cute, because as he is learning to get up on his knees, he rolls himself over.
Also, Joshua holds his own bottle, unless he just feels totally frustrated by the lack of service, and feels the need to be, well, a baby!
You lay this boy facing one direction, and by the time you look again, BAM, he's the other direction.
Well you all want to know how we have celebrated Joshua's 8 month birthday... with Joshua being sick with a icky cold! Yep, we took him to the doctor this morning and he is sick. A really bad cold. Some things sensored it, but he is on breathing treatments every 4-6 hrs as needed, and we have to the demon of all demons (the booger sucker thingy)... HE HATES IT! He has been forever tormented by it when he had RSV when he was 4 wks old. So pray for our little boy as he recovers. What a crummy way to spend this special day huh!? Well I thought I would change up the format of the blogs.. and now, I leave you with some silly pictures. It's amazing what a can of hairspray, and a boy with a HUGE need for his first haircut can accomplish. No, Joshua didn't do this to himself, but I did it to him..yes I'm a mean mommy. But I thought, he's about to take a bath and go to bed, and well, he's getting his hair cut tomorrow, why not... so look below for some of the funniest pictures to date of our little man!
